New Day, New Things

Hello Glamouristas!
What a great morning it is! It has stopped raining & the sun has finally come out to play.
Speaking of play, I had so much fun sourcing these pictures that I know will please the eye!

Oh I just love Koi Fish, I hope one day that i'll have a pond for my son & I to enjoy. He'd be thrilled if he can throw something in the pond and just watch them magically move and shimmer in the sunlight, oh yes I can dream!
Could you imagine the white koi colours onto silk fabric, that would just be LUXURIOUS!
Hmm, wondering how I can replicate that...ooh I feel a project and new obsession coming on!

HOW GORGEOUS ARE THESE?! I found these at a site called www.tablefortwo.com.au
and one guy alone made over 100 macaroons, provided a witty post and beautiful pictures. Really, it has made me really want to perfect the art of macaroons and learn to make them!

AWW, does anyone remember these gorgeous baby pegagsus'? From Fantasia.
Facebook is going through the latest craze to promote the end of child abuse by changing our profile pictures to our favourite cartoons as a child, I chose sailor moon even though I wanted these guys but they're from a movie and not a consistent show.

This would be a great sign to put out the front of my house! HAHA!

Sea of shoes blogger, Jane Alderidge. Her bedroom! Imagine waking up to your imacculate and impressive shoe collection? Oh i know i would love waking up if my room was like this :)

"Audrey in my Tea" - I don't remember where I found this but I ABSOLUTELY love these! Great way to have some company over for tea.

There's that blue couch I've been dreaming of! Honestly this would just liven up my living room!

Life is about the simple things.

I feel so much more “pulled together” when I make the effort to just putter around my house and draw fashion, thumb through a magazine, or read a book with my dogs inside napping.
Don’t let life take away the magic of lying in the grass, daydreaming, and looking at the clouds. Don’t let obligations rob you of the joy in rocking in a rocking chair on the front porch or the delight found in enjoying a slow stroll around the neighborhood.

We only have one life. We only get one chance to raise our children. Don’t miss out on all those moments that can only be captured in the still calm of life.

I'm really looking forward to the birth of my son and raising him to be an impressionable young man who enjoys the simple things in life.

Ciao Glamouristas!
xoxo
